If you’d like to be the creator of the next “Million Dollar Product” or an affiliate that has made several thousand dollars through promoting a single product, keep reading.

Each day, more and more people are turning to “Internet marketing” as a way to supplement their income. This makes home based businesses more common all around the world. But, here’s what other’s don’t know. Simply misinterpreting the definition of “Internet marketing” can lead you to your downfall.

In the world of “Internet marketing”, nothing makes you money except selling the product. Raising awareness about a product doesn’t make you money. There are 4 skills that are the foundation to your success as an internet marketer. But first, I’m gonna teach you the 8 basic components that will help you master the 4 fundamentals. Knowing that nothing makes you money but selling, you can easily tell that the words MARKETING and SELLING have completely different definitions.
Marketing is getting people to trust you by giving useful information to their attention, thus raising awareness about your product or service. Selling is the act of convincing people into purchasing your product or service.

The “Hard Sell” is the attempt to sell without proper marketing. This tends to repel your prospects. This method makes little to no money.

The “Soft Sell” is the attempt to market to potential customers and bring them to you gradually. You may be familiar with this if you have ever signed up for an email course on a website. Over a period of a few weeks, the marketer gives you key information to build a relationship with you and then subtly offers you a product. This method is most effective and is what we call a “Sales Funnel.”

The biggest mistake you can make is jumping in head first and start hard selling right away.
Online, everything should revolve around you growing your subscriber list.
